How it works
Visit Forest North Dental for a dental cleaning, complete exam and any necessary x-rays. We will take custom impressions and create a take-home bleaching kit at no additional charge.

Come back to Forest North Dental every 6 months for your scheduled cleaning and recommended x-rays. At your 1-year anniversary, we will replenish your supply of tooth whitening material for another year.
